It’s been great! I’ve enjoyed it, it’s something different - good to have a challenge, and I’ve learnt so much!
Rochelle North
The Problem
Rochelle is one of our current students. She comes from a sales office background and has only ever worked in office-based jobs. She realised recently after chatting to her electrician friend that she does not enjoy the static environment and would prefer to do something more practical and dynamic. Her uncle, who works in the trades industry has recommended looking into that type of a career. Since Rochelle didn’t fancy becoming a plumber or an electrician, she looked into enrolling onto a gas engineering training course.
The Solution
A decision like this doesn’t come easy – after all it is a significant investment into a future career. Rochelle researched many different gas engineering colleges, especially ones in London close to which she lives. She decided to choose Brookhouse:
“Brookhouse seemed to have the most amount of information in regards to what was part of the course, had more information about people who have done it previously and it all sounded really good so I decided to come up here for a change, away from home!”
