COVID-19 Update

6th January 2020 – UPDATE

Following this week’s government announcement, we want to reassure you that our doors remain open and our courses will continue as normal. 

We are closely following all government guidelines to keep the Brookhouse family safe. With this in mind, we are currently not hosting any Open Mornings in January. Hopefully, we can open our doors to visitors again very soon. 

Any new students who are interested in pursuing a career in gas engineering please feel free to call our office – we would be happy to chat through the different options with you. Our aim is to leave you informed and educated, with your mind at ease. Although we would prefer to invite you to meet us over a brew and see our training facilities first hand at one of our Open Mornings, we simply can not do this at the present time. However, as an alternative, we are able to offer selected appointments throughout the week on a one-to-one basis with one of our dedicated career advisors.

29th May 2020 – UPDATE

Dear Brookhouse Family,

We’re very happy to announce that following the latest government advice, we will be able to reopen our training centre in the upcoming weeks.

Our teaching will resume from 13th July, with the following dates planned for the new courses:

• 13th July
• 10th August
• 7th September

The start date of the next Evening Course, which was due to commence 14th April 2020, is still to be confirmed. Students signed up on it will be informed in due course.

With regards to our students who have completed their portfolios and are waiting to come back in from their work experience to sit the final ACS, no action is required – our team will reach out to you shortly. The same will apply to any student currently enrolled, rest assured we will be in touch to help you continue with your course.

Any new students who are interested in pursuing a career in gas engineering can call our office from Monday 29th June – we would be happy to chat through the different options with you.

24th March 2020 – Announcement

Dear Brookhouse Family,

It is with a heavy heart that, given the Government’s announcement on Monday 23rd March 2020, we have had to take the decision to temporarily put all courses on hold and close down the centre. This is with immediate effect, and we will be closely following all Government guidelines as they arrive, reviewing on a daily basis.

The courses will resume as soon as the business is back to usual and when the lockdown is lifted.

We remain committed to all our students and will endeavour to get their training back on track as soon as humanly possible. We understand you entrusted us with training you for your future and it is of utmost importance to us to prepare you for the future that’s coming our way.

While we understand this disruption isn’t ideal, we recognise that now is a time for everyone to come together. We’d like to request your patience and understanding in these uncertain time not just to us, but to all businesses and professionals who are doing their best to continue providing their best service.
